Accepting These Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Blipzone, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Blipzone, so please read them — they're written to be clear, not to trip you up. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the game.

Your Blipzone License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Blipzone for your own private enjoyment. This license covers the game client, all levels, character skins, soundtracks, and other content delivered as part of Blipzone. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the game without our express written permission.

Player Conduct in the Game

Blipzone is built on the idea that skilled play and genuine competition make the arcade experience worth having. Accordingly, using cheats, aimbots, exploits, or unauthorised third-party software to manipulate your score or progress is prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent removal from leaderboards. We reserve the right to investigate reports of unfair play and take action to preserve the integrity of the game for everyone.

Intellectual Property

Every pixel of Blipzone — from its title screen to the final boss animation — is the intellectual property of the game's operator. The Blipzone name, logo, characters, level designs, music, and visual style are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorisation. Fan art and non-commercial tributes created in the spirit of the game are warmly welcomed; commercial use of our assets without a license is not.

Updates, Changes, and Availability

Arcade games evolve, and Blipzone is no exception — we regularly push updates that add new zones, refine mechanics, and fix the occasional rogue bug. We may change, pause, or discontinue features of the game at any time, though we aim to give reasonable notice when a significant change is planned. Continued play after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms included with that release.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to ensure Blipzone runs without a hitch, but we cannot guarantee that the game will be error-free or available without interruption at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game is limited to the amount you paid for the game or any in-app content directly related to the issue. We are not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

As Blipzone grows, these terms may need to grow with it. We will notify you of material changes through the game's update notifications or via the email address associated with your account. The most current version of these terms will always be accessible through the game's main menu and our website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Blipzone will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
