Contact usWhat Data Blipzone Collects
When you play Blipzone, we collect certain information to keep your adventure running smoothly — things like your device type, operating system version, and in-game progress so your high scores and unlocked zones are never lost. We may also collect a unique device identifier and basic usage data, such as which stages you've completed and how long you've been exploring the Blipzone universe. If you choose to create an account or link a social profile, we also receive the display name and email address associated with that account.
How We Use Your Data
Your data helps us do one thing really well: make Blipzone a better game for you. We use gameplay statistics to balance difficulty across the game's many neon-lit corridors, identify levels where players get stuck, and roll out updates that feel genuinely rewarding rather than arbitrary. We may also use your email address to send you patch notes, event announcements, or responses to support requests you've submitted — communication you actually asked for.
Data Sharing and Third Parties
We work with a small set of trusted service providers — analytics platforms and cloud hosting partners — who help us operate Blipzone's infrastructure. These partners are contractually required to handle your data only as directed by us and never for their own commercial purposes. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers, full stop.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Active account data is retained for as long as your Blipzone account remains open, because we genuinely want your progress, achievements, and leaderboard records to be there every time you return. If you haven't logged in for 36 months, we may archive or delete inactive records to keep our systems healthy. Regardless of inactivity, you can request deletion of your data at any time and we'll carry it out completely and irreversibly.
Security of Your Information
Player data is stored on secured servers maintained by our hosting partners, with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or loss. While no system is perfect, we take the safety of your data seriously and review our practices on a regular basis.
Your Rights as a Player
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections if anything is inaccurate, and ask us to delete your information entirely — including all saved game data tied to your account. You may also object to certain types of processing or request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is being resolved. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out through the contact details provided on this site.
Children and Younger Players
Blipzone is designed to be enjoyed by players of all ages, and we take extra care when it comes to younger members of our community. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information without consent, we encourage them to contact us so we can promptly remove it.
